We only collect what we need to run our wine tastings smoothly and keep you updated about events if you want. This includes:

Your name (so we know who’s coming!)
Your email (for booking confirmations and event reminders)
Your phone number (in case we need to reach you last-minute)
Payment details (if you book online — we don’t store these, they go through a secure payment provider)

We use your information to:

Confirm your booking
Send you details about your tasting
Occasionally (if you agree) send you info about future events

We’ll never sell or share your data with anyone else — no sneaky stuff.

Booking & Payments

Cancellations & Refunds

Age Policy

All bookings are made via our website or directly by email.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.

Cancel up to 48 hours before your tasting for a full refund.
Within 48 hours, we can’t offer refunds (we’ve already prepared the wines and snacks!).
If we have to cancel (it’s rare), you’ll get a full refund or the option to reschedule.

All guests must be 18 or over to join our tastings — it’s the law in France. If you look under 25, we may ask for ID (so bring your passport or ID card just in case).

We encourage you to sip, not chug! Our tastings are about enjoying and learning, not overdoing it. We reserve the right to refuse service if someone arrives intoxicated.

If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please tell us when you book so we can adapt the snacks.
Our tastings take place in a safe, comfortable space — but please drink responsibly and know your limits.
